2. Return Eligibility

Full Refund (Unused Products)

  • Products must be unopened and unused
  • Return period: 30 days from order date
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Original invoice/receipt required

Partial Refund (Opened Products)

  • If you're unsatisfied with results, we accept returns of opened products
  • Return period: 30 days from order date
  • Refund: 70% of product price
  • Restocking fee: 30%

3. Return Process

  1. Email returns@paripakv.com with your order number
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping address
  3. Ship the product at your own cost (we provide label discount)
  4. Product inspection (3-5 business days)
  5. Refund processed to original payment method (5-7 business days)

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products expired or damaged in transit (damaged items replaced)
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Items without proof of purchase

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email photos to support@paripakv.com within 48 hours
  • We'll replace it immediately, free of cost
  • No need to return the damaged product

6. Subscription Returns

If you subscribe to our auto-replenish program and wish to cancel:

  • Cancel anytime with no penalty
  • Manage subscription from your account
  • Previous shipments follow return policy
