1. Marketplace Return Policy Applies

Paripakv products are currently purchased through marketplace listings. Returns, replacements, cancellations, refund eligibility, refund timelines, and pickup rules are governed by the marketplace where you placed the order.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Open your Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho order details page.
2. Select the return, replacement, refund, or support option available for that order.
3. Follow the marketplace instructions for photos, pickup, courier handover, or refund processing.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If a product arrives damaged, leaked, expired, or different from what was ordered, raise the issue through the marketplace order page as soon as possible. Marketplace support has access to payment, shipment, and return workflows.
